3 Days Above/Below Closing Strategy

RULES OF THE TRADING SYSTEM


 3 Days above closing 

There are 2 basic rules to trade long:
  1. must be higher than the highest high of the last 3 days.
  2. The signal is confirmed on the next trading day if the price trades above the high of the previous day.

Similarly, there are also 2 basic rules to sell short:
  1.  must be lower than the lowest low of the last 3 days.
  2. The signal is confirmed on the next trading day if the price trades below the low of the previous day.

An outside bar pattern is the polar opposite of an inside bar.Its range must exceed that of the previous bar with a higher high and a lower low.

Trade  Setup

Timeframes : 15 Minute
Pairs : Indian Stock (Future Script)
Indicators: None
Chart: Candleticks, Bar chart

Buy Setup:
Identify Bullish Outside Bar Hammer Pattern below mentioned image
Entry Point: Go for Buy when it break their High 
Target Point : 1% of Scrip
Stoploss Point: Keep Low of Hammer
